It provides you with access to regular training, expert guidance, and a community of like-minded peers to help you refine your sales skills, share best practices, and achieve better results in your sales role.

A Company Seat is $5,000 upfront and $1,500 per month, with no limit on the number of team members who can take part. There are no contracts — you can stay as long as you’re getting value.

Skool is our online platform and portal where we come together for our courses, masterclasses, ask questions, and receive and give feedback from like-minded people. It’s a space for engaging with others and fostering a friendly atmosphere!

We will send you an invitation to join Skool, along with an email confirmation. In that email, we'll share all the details on how to sign up for a new account and how to access and navigate the portal.

This portal allows you to personally ask St John directly - or the wider Syndicate community - your own specific burning questions that will help you get unstuck so you can access St John's two decades of sales experience and coaching knowledge that he will answer personally.

We meet weekly on Fridays 8:30 am AEST / 10.30 am NZT for 90 minutes each time (that’s over 6 hours of live coaching a month from yours truly!). Don't forget daylight savings times for NZT last Sunday of Sept (Spring - go forward one hour) and first Sunday in April (Autumn - fall back one hour)

The training session will be conducted online via Zoom. We use Zoom because it allows for a far better, enriching and immersive training experience including interactive chat and whiteboard sessions (which Microsoft Teams unfortunately doesn’t do as well).

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate every single member's preference for a particular day and time especially at this price point as it normally costs a business upwards of $5,000 to access St John directly on a per participant basis (or $10k per day for private 1:1 coaching or public speaking engagements). Also our current client commitments and overseas work means we have very constrained capacity to teach and train.

Remember you do have the option to ask St John direct - as well as tap into the power of the group and their brain's trust - by asking your specific burning question in the Skool portal. St John and the community will get back with an answer as soon as they can. And rememeber more you help the group with their questions, the more they will help you!

We use the same Zoom link in the Calendar tab in the Skool portal.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Zoom installed and ready to use on your device(s) before the training call, so you don’t miss any valuable training time due to technical issues. 

The Classroom section in Skool is a valuable resource that houses all the training reference, cheat sheets, templates and recorded masterclasses conducted thus far. This section will be regularly updated as we progress, ensuring that all participants have access to the latest materials.

If you can do internet banking or Netflix, our training portal interface is much the same and as easy to use and navigate round : )  All cheat sheets, scripts and templates can be saved and downloaded to your devices or company server. 

You need to allocate 1.5 hours each week for the accountability calls and about 30mins for any homework (which won’t be set each week – don’t worry!). We do recommend you re-watch the recordings again if you need to refresh yourself to help you when we test for recall and retrieval on the following call.

You can also use the transcripts to search for the specific topic or term or speed play (note: you can listen at 1.5X as our brains can process 400words/min but only speak at 125 :).  

As like anything in life - you get out what you put in. We know life happens and gets in the way (sick kids, travelling, big important client meetings) so we've always got you covered as we record every single coaching call and post same day.

No worries! We upload every weekly coaching call to the platform, so you can catch up anytime.

Each recording comes with a detailed description to help you find exactly what you’re looking for, and you can use the Search section in Skool to jump straight to the topics you need.

We run the Rural Sales Syndicate™ as a community - not a hostage situation.

We have a No-Contract Policy at the Rural Sales Syndicate! We believe in flexibility. With our no-contract policy, you can leave whenever you need to. If you decide to come back, just know that you will need to pay the company seat fee of $5,000 again.

Every training session is recorded and made available to all members, allowing anyone who missed the session to catch up by viewing the recordings. We know and get that life happens eg. sick kids, travel/transit at airports, and poor internet when on the road.  The links can be found in the Community section in Skool or by searching "Weekly Coaching Call recording".

However, we do ask you make training a priority to honour the investment you or your employer has made in you and commit wherever and whenever you can, or you won’t get the full value out of the programme. Nothing works unless you work!

Yes, we highly encourage you to download them to your company server forever more, especially the recorded training sessions for future training purposes as our Zoom account has multiple recordings (as we coach up to 5-7 separate teams each week) but only offers limited cloud recording storage so we strongly encourage you to download and save all coaching call recordings to your company server as soon as you get them as the links we send do expire in 30 days.   

Unfortunately, they are not available for download. This decision was made to protect the content and our intellectual property from unauthorised sharing, as there have been unfortunate instances where unscrupulous individuals downloaded and distributed it to non-paying users and the wider public.

However, we do offer a variety of other many valuable training resources that you can access and download, including podcasts and cheat sheets (which you can download and print out from the portal easily and seamlessly to your own device or server, or print out and take with you in your truck/ute).

Sharing your login details with others is strictly prohibited, and any suspicious behaviour may result in losing lifetime access to the Syndicate for you and your company.

We monitor login activity through IP addresses to prevent unauthorised access to our intellectual property that has been crafted and collated over two decades of our own coaching and training which has cost us $000,000s to produce and capture.

 

If you want to get notified and stay updated on recent Community activities, you can download the Skool app on Apple and Android to receive notifications about training updates, members' posts, questions and feedbacks - along with the numerous modules, cheat sheet templates and material in the Classroom area of the community portal.

It all comes down to your attitude and willingness to learn, but most importantly, apply. Knowledge not used is useless and nothing will work unless you work.   

Honour the investment and commitment made in you by using and applying what you’ve been taught.

We guarantee to lift your sales by a minimum of 5% within the first 120 days IF your team can prove they have used and applied all that we have taught and trained them. If they have and you don’t get a minimum of a 5% lift in sales St John will personally work with you until you do.
